  • To make the most of your practice, it's important to choose the right clothing and accessories:

    • Comfortable clothing: Wear stretchy and breathable clothes that allow you to move freely. Fitted pants or shorts and seamless tops are ideal.

    • Yoga mat: If you have your own mat, bring it for extra comfort and hygiene.

    • Water bottle: Stay hydrated before and after class.

    • Small towel: Useful if you tend to sweat or if the class is intense.

    • Extra layers: A light sweater or jacket for the final relaxation moments.

    • Open and relaxed mindset: The most important thing is to come ready to enjoy and connect with your body.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or Swish.

  • To choose the right class, consider your experience and comfort with yoga practice.
